Permanent Residency


Looking to become a Permanent Resident in Canada? There are many different approaches available to becoming a Permanent Resident.  The are two primary avenues available for Permanent Residency the economic classes and the non-economic classes.  The quickest way to achieve permanent residence through the economic class is by way of Express Entry.  The Express Entry Program has four possible programs to apply to, there is the Federal Skilled Worker Program, the Provincial Nominee Program, the Canadian Experience Class and the Federal Skilled Trades Class.


The process to obtain Permanent Residency through non-economic classes is much different.  The three main streams available for the non-economic class for Permanent Residency are the Spouse or Common-Law Partner in Canada Class, the Members of the Family Class or Adoption.
